4.Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, including repository access, software sales (transfer of ownership), and software development services, all sales are final and non-refundable.

It is not warranted that Gitdeal's services or products will meet your requirements or that their operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. All express and implied warranties or conditions not stated in this Agreement (including without limitation, loss of profits, loss or corruption of data, business interruption, or loss of contracts), so far as such exclusion or disclaimer is permitted under the applicable law, are excluded and expressly disclaimed. This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights.

6.Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Gitdeal does not give any warranty, guarantee, or other term as to the quality, fitness for purpose, or otherwise of our products or services. Gitdeal shall not be liable for any loss of profit, indirect, special, or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses, or other claims arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or products. Notwithstanding contrary clauses in this Agreement, if Gitdeal is deemed liable to you for breach of this Agreement, you agree that Gitdeal's liability is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the products or services. You hereby release Gitdeal from any and all obligations, liabilities, and claims in excess of this limitation.

7.Responsibilities

Gitdeal is not responsible for how users interact with or utilize the services, including codebases accesses, transfer of ownership, or digital content purchased on our platform.

8.Price Adjustments

Prices for services offered by Gitdeal may change as we expand our offerings and make improvements. Discounts may be provided during promotions, allowing customers to secure the current price before any future increases.

9.General Terms and Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Gitdeal as a result of your use of these services. You agree not to hold yourself out as a representative, agent, or employee of Gitdeal. You agree that Gitdeal will not be liable for any representation, act, or omission by you.
